Fees Payments Process
When registering on PlayHQ you will be asked to choose either Full Payment or alternatively you elect to use Paypal’s ‘Pay in 4’ instalment plan over 6 weeks.
Refunds Policy
All players who play a game prior to round 7 must pay full registration fees.
No refunds for any player who plays 10 or more games in Mens Div2 for the regular season.
No refunds for any player who plays 8 or more games in Mens Div3 or Womens Div2.
Any player who is “filling in” must pay the per game fee, which is only available after round 7.
